Paul Carter Goodnow Artist , Carver ,Gilder

   Born in Providence Rhode Island in 1958. An elected member of the Rockport Art Association in Rockport Massachussetts, The North Shore Art Association in Gloucester Massachussetts and the Lyme Art Association in Old Lyme Connecticutt . Paul also maintains membership in the Connecticutt Pleinaire Painters and at The Bryan Memorial Gallery in Jeffersonville Vermont . Actively participating in shows throughout New England and New York, Paul has won numerous awards for his oil paintings which are typically New England landscapes. He is also well known for his beautifully carved and gilded frames which can be found in museums , private collections and in galleries on the works of  some great artists.
